• Is responsible for the service sequence • Draw up work and holiday schedules taking account of the work to be done and personnel costs, in order to ensure an efficient service sequence as well as profitability. • Is responsible for cleanliness, tidiness and the service-standards • Monitor the proper ordering of all goods required and their storage under clean and correct conditions • Obtain information daily on the occupancy of the hotel and the activities in the hotel • Planning and implementing events and promotions in the outlets • Efficient handling of guests’ complaints and their follow up • Take over full responsibility for the entire Cash Float • Increase sales figures by new sales channels by motivating and training service Team Members • Decide, together with the HR Manager, on the appointment of new Team Members and take over induction training • Supervise and monitor the external appearance of Team Members. • Hold monthly Training and Communication Meetings, so that all Team Members participate in a meeting at least once a month
